Richard Bruce Cheney born Jan 30th, 1941 in Lincoln Nebraska, the son Richard Herbert Cheney the former Marjorie Lauraine Dickey. He relocated into Casper, Wyoming with his family when he was 13. He was raised by his father who was employed by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, directed the soil conservation district of Casper.
