Dwayne was the founding pastor at Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC 2007 when he began in the year 2007. He is a board member of Acts 29 Network he is Director of Pastoral Care. Alongside his pastoring, Dwayne is passionate about equipping the future generation of biblical counselors. He is a member of the director's board for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the author of several online articles as well as a co-author on Christ Centered Biblical Counseling, Transformation of Lives through God's Unchangeable Word (eds. Kelleman (and Viars) Dwayne, His wife Leslie and their children.
